At ALUMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, then place them securely in the original shipping box or similar packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass our quality inspection.
